A Fresh Start
Hello once again my friends! With no Invigilators overseeing things, I have done my best to put together a small announcement of the happenings these past weeks. I am hopeful indeed that we can continue to make this block a more encouraging community as time goes on. I may no longer wish to act as a Guide, but I absolutely want to help in any way I can. I may no longer have an office, but my door remains ever open - at least in a figurative way. Though I anticipate no check-in on your efforts to ascend, I encourage you to attend the meeting in the Community Hall regardless. It does a community good to see each other so often.

Other News
Those of you involved in the process already know, of course, but Charlie has been administered her punishment. Shadow and Livith have deemed to have their prison placed in the Community Hall. Though I am assured they are enough displaced that avoiding them is quite possible, he will be there to speak to if you wish for what I anticipate will be a long, long time.
A number of the individuals involved with the cannibalistic attacks have been similarly apprehended, namely Jude Alcott and Lev Golubev. Albert Wyre and Philemon appear to still be at large. As these are the less predictable of this disturbing operation, I recommend staying alert until they are found.
One more thing to note - a fight has occurred in Market Place this week. Aside from personal injuries sustained by the participants, some of the guards, requested by Bale to protect the structures of the block, intervened following a crash of a hoverbike. I do not know entirely what has been done about this, but I hope this mention in the bulletin will prompt some answer to come to light.
On to more positive events: the efforts of creating a garden where the Tower once stood have begun. The seeds are still freshly sown, but already there are the beginnings of buds visible. This is hope, things can get better, though it will take time and effort yet from us all. The garden has already played host to Canary's play, and the performance of Macbeth is not one I will soon forget. To those of you who took the stage, ¡felicidades! It was truly excellent!
This is not all the work that citizen hands have done. There is little housing left in the block that would be considered “Stagnant” under the old classifications. With the absence of the Tower, there is of course still a lack of housing in general, but the generosity of those hosting the displaced among us cannot receive enough gratitude. You have my thanks and admiration, all.
