Archbishop Moro Eternity
A Benediction at the Forest on the Holy Day of the Planting of the Tree of Antonius and Moro, as given by the Archbishop
Let it be granted, O Divine, who art all-between, that we here in the Deep may know the waiting Roots as that we reach, and in this manner sing thee.
Let it be granted that new roots reach deep, wending their way into earth to join with it, and in the dark of the soil, let it be granted that they grow, as below, so above.
Let it be granted that our voices may join as one, that in what song is woven from our breath, we may come to know the ways in which we are joined to one another, and in this, exult.
Let it be granted that when we fall, we may find the hands of another there waiting to catch us anew, the arms of another upon which to lean as we journey on, infinite.
Let it be granted that we may have faith, even here, in the Deep, and find ourselves worthy to hold and keep it.
Let it be granted that we seek and find connection, Divine, and in so doing know where we begin and end.
