About: A recent arrival to Block 2845, Felix is often seen wandering around rather than doing anything of use: hanging around The Farm, staring at crops, or people-watching at the Market Place, to the extent that he could often be counted as simply part of the scenery. He doesn't seem to have much active interest in ascending, and tells a different story each time someone asks him about his past. In his long black coat, colourful scarf, and always looking slightly dishevelled and damp, he seems to fade into the background of the city - just the way he likes it.
